All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for processing. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and we are not liable for such returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via email.

Damaged Orders:

• If your delivery arrives damaged, please attempt to refuse the shipment. If this is not possible, notify us within three (3) days to begin a damage claim process.

Defective Hardware:

• Within 15 days of shipment, defective hardware may qualify for an RMA in line with the policies set by the respective manufacturer. Approved RMAs for repair might take between 2 and 8 weeks to complete. If your RMA is approved for a return, specific instructions will be provided by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are returned promptly to the designated warehouse. In some cases, the manufacturer may need to be contacted directly to obtain a case number verifying the defect.
• After 15 days from the shipment date, all items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Defective Software:

• Defective software is eligible for replacement only and cannot be returned for refund or credit.

Non-Defective and Factory-Sealed Products:

• Opened non-defective products cannot be returned as per manufacturer policies. Factory-sealed items in their original packaging may be eligible for an RMA within 15 days of shipment. Approved returns of this nature are subject to a restocking fee of at least 20% or a minimum of $40.00, whichever is higher. Returns must meet the requirements outlined in the RMA notification email. Refunds may take up to 15 business days following warehouse confirmation of the processed return. Items returned without an RMA number, missing parts, or failing to meet the approved conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping and Returns:

• All shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Returned items must be packaged securely and insured for the full value. The customer is liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipment.

Refurbished Product:

• All refurbished products are labeled as “Refurbished – Final Sale” on our website and cannot be returned.

Price Matching:

• If you find a lower price on an identical product from an authorized Canadian dealer, please inform us. We will assess whether we can match or beat the price you have found. Price matching is not available for prior purchases, auctions, refurbished, used, discontinued, special order, or out-of-stock items.

Payments:

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. SystechAV accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
• Additional payment methods include Interac Email Money Transfers, Wire Transfers, School Board Purchase Orders, and Leasing options.
• SystechAV does not store or collect credit card information.

Shipping:

• Items marked “In-Stock” are typically shipped within 24 hours of order placement, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Out-of-stock items are shipped once they become available.
• A shipment notification, including tracking details, will be sent upon dispatch. Delivery timing depends on the method selected at checkout. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
• Items ship from our warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area. Local pickup is available for online orders. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Items must be picked up within 10 business days unless otherwise arranged, after which the order will be canceled. Special order items not collected will incur a minimum 50% restocking fee.
• Freight shipments include pre-paid delivery to the property threshold. Additional charges such as liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, or pallet truck services are billed separately.
• Undeliverable or refused shipments will be returned to SystechAV at your expense. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or cancellation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• SystechAV will only ship to verified addresses validated either by credit card issuers or PayPal. Shipping to frieght forwarders or redirection of shipments will not be accepted.

• Any claim of shipping damage must be made within 5 business days of receipt

Warranty:

• SystechAV is an authorized retailer for all brands available on our website, ensuring your purchase qualifies for the manufacturer’s warranty in Canada.
• Returns or exchanges are not allowed for certain items, including customized, special order, used, clearance products, expendables, cables, replacement lamps, opened computer hardware, rigging supplies, software, gels, acoustic panels, or installed sound/video products, among others. These items are final sale.

Final Sale Items:

• The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return: Software, RAM, Ink/Toner, and Personal Devices such as headsets, mice, keyboards, and microphones.
